Defective or Malfunctioning (e.g., physically destroyed or broken or unable to switch on).

Incomplete Order (e.g., missing items and/or accessories).

Wrong Item Shipped (e.g., wrong product/size/color, counterfeit item, or expired).

Unsatisfactory Quality: The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (e.g., product not as advertised).

Incorrect Size/Color: The delivered product does not fit (e.g., size is unsuitable).
